After a successful sales career in the high tech manufacturing industry Carew relocated to the Beach Cities and used his experience in sales and marketing,to transition to a real estate career. He quickly became a top producer, the office co-manager, and a member of the sales training team at a local real estate office. In 2008, Carew started 3 Leaf Realty with his wife Julie. They are now a company 28-strong, with plans for continued growth.

Valerie James - Manhattan Village Shopping Center

Valerie James is the Marketing and Specialty Leasing Manager at Manhattan Village Shopping Center. Her professional background includes marketing, public relations, leasing, and retail. She has marketed regional malls for General Growth Properties, CBL & Associates, and Jones Lang LaSalle, including Oakbrook Center in Oakbrook, Illinois and Ford City Mall in Chicago.

Victor Dominguez - Ligature Group

Victor Dominguez is the Managing Partner of the Ligature Group, an employee training and business consulting firm. Victor has also served as a senior executive for CB Richard Ellis and Morgan Stanley. His efforts have helped companies generate well over $100 million in revenue through sales, marketing, communications, and customer service.

Melinda Gann - Adia In-Home Care

Melinda Gann is a communications expert with expertise in marketing, public relations and client relations management. Gann has led branding and communications initiatives for both for-profit and non-profit organizations including the Salvation Army, PBS and Walk with Sally. At Adia In-Home Care, Gann oversees all corporate communications including public relations, advertising and brand management.
