The Salvation Army & Beach Cities Health District/Blue Zones Project invite you to The Power of Purpose Workshop for Older Adults.  Studies show that older people who have a clear sense of purpose:

• Can extend their lives by as much as 7 years
• Experience greater health and vitality
• Can significantly improve the quality of their lives
