The Wurst Oktoberfest Party with Adam Gertler at Barsha Wines & Spirits

In the heart of LA Beer Week, Barsha Wines & Spirits is teaming up with Celebrity Chef Adam Gertler and The Dudes' Brewing Company for a one-night-only Oktoberfest Pop Up! Adam Gertler will be featuring 4 different sausages from his line of Gertler's Wurst and will be paired with craft beer from The Dudes' Brewing Company in Torrance.

Uber Kase - A pork cheddar wurst
 
Thai Red Curry Wurst - Spicy pork with Thai spices and fresh herbs
 
The Pastrami Dog - Served on a homemade Rye Bun
 
Chicken Arugula- Italian style with Fontina cheese and basil. Topped with tomatoes an pickled onions. 
 
Double Barrel Brat - Smoked beer wurst with baconkraut and grained mustard. *Special just for LA Beer Week*
 
 
 
Beer Menu:
 
 
Blood Orange
The Dudes' painstakingly hand juiced and zested every blood orange that went into this beer. The end result explodes on the palate. This brew features some amazing hops and malts like the Glacier Hop. ABV is 7.2 percent.
 
Double Trunk
This bad boy definitely has some junk in the trunk! This double IPA is definitely a big beer, but is used with a healthy dose of corn sugar to give a boost and dryness so it's not too malty on the finish. For the beer geeks, Double Trunk has an attenuator around 85 percent with an IBU calculation of 101. For the casual craft beer drinker, that means Double Trunk is a bold choice for serious IPA fans!
 
Grandma's Pecan
Grandma knows best. This English Style Brown ale is the flagship beer of Dudes' Brewing. The Dudes' were the only Los Angeles brewery that went to the Oregon Brewers Festival this year, and brought Grandma's Pecan along for the ride. ABV is 6.9 percent.
 
Grinning Face Porter
This aptly named brew is sure to bring a smile to the face of any porter fan. Grinning Face Porter is smooth and complex, highlighted by a beautiful melody of toasted coconut. You’ll be grinning ear to ear. ABV is 6.2 percent.
